A 14 year old boy of Stony Hill, Portland remains in critical condition after he was found with several chop wounds to the head on Tuesday.
The teen was reported missing by residents on Monday and was found in a Gully Tuesday battling for life.
Deputy Superintendent Rex Swearing, commanding officer for Portland said that his house was reportedly robbed Monday afternoon and he was missing after the incident.
Residents believe the robber may have been seen by the boy and that is what led to his disappearance.
One man was taken into custody earlier today in relation to both incidents.
